As you have heard and probably noticed yourself, many students are struggling right now. If you are concerned about a student forÌýany reason, please consider submitting an Early Alert for them. We will reach out to them and set them up with any services and supports that could help.Ìý

If a staff or faculty member is concerned about a student for any reason, they can talk to the student and make a referral. The ABC’s of warning signs that could warrant an Early Alert are:

• Attendance
• Behaviour
• Course performance

To submit an Early Alert, look for the link on your Moodle home page or go to . Alerts are non-disciplinary and confidential, so there are no negative consequences for the student and no one else is informed of the alert. If you have questions, please contactÌýearlyalert@concordia.ab.caÌý
