Schedule for New Student Orientation

At new student orientation, you will learn what you can expect for the semester including the practical, academic, and student life opportunities and supports available. Not to mention, the opportunity to meet new friends, win prizes, and be a part of an amazing day. Lunch will be provided and parking is free for the day across campus (except for reserved stalls). To Get You Started

How do I get ready for the semester? That’s a great question!

First, make sure you have access to some kind of technology to be able to access the online platforms – we recommend a laptop or tablet. 

When you’re not on campus, you’ll need access to too!

It will be helpful to download and install . This browser best support the Google Suite used at CUE.

Download the Gmail app too and then sign into your CUE email account.

Please remember to check this account regularly as this is the best way for us to communicate with you.

Access your course syllabus on Moodle and familiarize yourself with your schedule.

See what textbooks you’ll need and purchase and pick them up at the CUE Bookstore.

Submit your photo for a Student ID.

Purchase your parking pass at the CUE Bookstore if you need one.

Explore the . The Student Life & Learning section is especially helpful, as is Financial Aid & Awards!

Consider what other supplies you’ll need to ensure you are successful this semester – paper, pens, notebooks, binders, etc.

You’ll be able to get a lot of these from the CUE bookstore too.
