Keeping Your Student Loans Interest-Free and Payment-Free
Posted on: Aug 30, 2019If you are NOTÌýreceiving student aid this year, but you have previous student loans, notify the Alberta Student Aid Service Centre and the National Student Loans Service Centre (NSLSC). This will keep your loans in interest-free and payment-free status while you are in school.Ìý
- Alberta student loans:ÌýGo toÌýÌýand print off the “Confirmation of Registration Alberta – Form B”.ÌýBring it to a financial aid advisor to have your enrolment confirmed.Ìý
- Canada student loans:ÌýMake a confirmation of enrolment request through your online .Ìý
- If your previous student loans are through another province other than Alberta:Ìýmake a confirmation of enrolment request through your online Ìýand submit the appropriate confirmation of enrolment form for yourÌýprovincial loan (if applicable).
