Reminder Accounts Payable Deadline – Monday December 10th.

Just a reminder that Monday, December 10, 2018 is the deadline for paperwork to be received in the Accounts Payable听office and听have payment ready before our听Christmas听Break.听
We cannot guarantee payment for any payables received after the December 10th deadline.听 We will make every effort but payment may not be prepared until we return from the听Christmas听Break听in January. Priorities for late payables will be vendor invoices, contractor payments and then expense claims. 听
