Every year, Alberta Blue Cross offers scholarships for Indigenous students. This scholarship is for students who are defined as 鈥渕ature鈥� by their post-secondary institution. Three $1,500 scholarships are awarded per year based on scholastic achievement, financial need, and community involvement. Scholarship recipients are selected by an external committee with expertise in academia and Indigenous education.
