Awarded annually to one third or fourth-year Indigenous post-secondary student who is a resident of Alberta and enrolled in a Bachelor of Business Administration, Bachelor of Management, or Bachelor of Commerce program at an Alberta post-secondary institution that offers the prerequisite courses required for entrance into the CPA Professional Education Program (CPA PEP). Applicants must be Status Indian/First Nations, Non-Status Indian/First Nations, Métis or Inuit. Applicants are required to submit a letter or video outlining why they are planning to pursue a career as a Chartered Professional Accountant, transcripts and letter of support.
