Monday (March 9, 2020) Distinguished Scientist Lecture with Medical Researcher Dr. West
ÌýDr. West is Professor of Pediatrics, Surgery, Medical Microbiology/Immunology and Laboratory Medicine/Pathology at the University of Alberta. She is a world leader in pediatric cardiac transplantation and transplant immunobiology. Her pioneering work on crossing ABO-barriers led to global impact on infant heart transplantation.Ìý

We are excited to partner with the IKRC to host a student-led talk on Indigenous Medicinal practice and natural science. CUE’s own, Elvera Tremblay will be leading the talk. There will be an Elder available to answer furtherÌýquestions. There will be a FREE soup lunch to follow.Ìý

Our annual competition is back again! Join us for three events to test your skills, there will be prizes for the winners! We will be hosting a speed cablingÌýevent in honor of CUE’s new IT program, as well as a straw tower and newspaper house competition to test your knowledge of physics.
