2. Chemistry
Âé¶¹´«Ã½’s Bachelor of Science in Chemistry 3-year is designed to provide students with an excellent general education as well as a solid background in the core areas of chemistry. This pathway is a great choice for those planning to earn another degree or diploma in a related field such as pharmacy or medicine, have a desire to pursue a career in education, or just to obtain a bachelor’s degree to kickstart their career.
A Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry allows graduates to explore a wide range of job opportunities. They will be able to use their newfound research, analysis, and experimentation skills to forge their own career path. Some chemistry degree career paths include Forensic Analyst, Quality Control Analyst, R&D Scientist, Toxicologist, Laboratory Instructor, Laboratory Technician, Research Assistant, Technical Salesperson. Samples courses include Environmental Chemistry, Quantitative Chemical Analysis, Quantum Chemistry, and Spectroscopic Methods.

- 3 additional credits of courses offered by the Departments of Literature and Languages, Religious Studies and Philosophy, or Fine Arts (ARAB, ARTH, CHIN, CLAS, CLIT, CREE, DRA, ENG, FR, GERM, GRK, HEBR, LAT, MUS, MUP, MUPB, MUPE, MUPG, MUPH, MUPK, MUPP, MUPS, MUPV, MUPW, , PHIL, POPC, REL, SPA, WRI).
