Â鶹´«Ã½ is pleased to announce that Quinn Carter has joined the Academic Administration team on June 20, 2019.  Quinn has served as a teacher and as an administrator at both the secondary and post-secondary levels, and he has worked in schools in the Canadian Arctic, China, and Egypt.
