Sabbatical leave provides faculty members with time away from certain activities at Â鶹´«Ã½ (CUE), including teaching and service, to pursue research and other scholarly work.
Sabbatical leave is defined in section 21 of the Collective Agreement.
Each year, faculty members may participate in a competition for sabbatical leave.
Applications are adjudicated with the assistance of the Research & Faculty Development Committee.
